Sedona
2:10-3:35 = June 14, 2004 - MBM - 21 x 33cm
This was actually a manhole in the Omata area of Ashikaga, near one of
the kindergartens I teach at.
I looked at some pictures I had taken back in Sedona near Bell Rock and
drew the composite on the manhole. |

Grand Canyon
8:00-8:30 = September 3, 2005 - Mermaid - 22cm
Drawn near the El Tovar Hotel on the south rim. It started raining so I
didn't really finish this one. I did watch the lightning and rain for a
while. Not too safe as the rim is at a pretty high altitude, but it seemed
the lightning was a ways away. A few hours later I got some great photos
of the canyon in the rain. |
